Objectives

Students will:

• Write a prewrite (brainstorm, cluster, or freewrite)
• Write an outline
• Submit them both separately, or on two separate pages in the same document

You will be turning in TWO assignments (prewrite and outline) fifteen points each.

The pre-write is to put your thoughts onto paper (computer screen) and the outline is to organize your thoughts.

• The pre-write is the free write, cluster, or brainstorm.
• The outline is written out ideas for each paragraph using Roman numerals.
