For TESLA, find the last 10 bond issuances and report the following:
1) Total size of Bond issuance
2) Yield on Bond issuances (not coupon)
3) Maturity date of bond issuances
4) Date of bond issuances
You can get the information from
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html
Search for “424B2” filings and you will find all security issuances, including bonds.
You can also use the Bloomberg terminal to find this information as well.
When you turn in your individual assignments, make sure you use Excel, and it is stapled (or paper clipped) together with the rest of your group.
(If your company does not have bond issuances, then report the long term liabilities/debt over the past 10 quarters. Also report the ratio of long term liabilities/debt to total asset ratio)
