I want you to analyze the case study attached to you. I have also attached in the other attachment the required method of analysis. I will also show you some of the notes that the professor told me.
Do not exceed two pages, double-spaced. Please use subheadings to differentiate the different sections. Please remember the following:
1. Do not summarize the case study under the pertinent facts (section 1). Please do some research and bring in information not already contained in the case.
2. Think very carefully before crafting the ethical issue. The ethical issue might not be as glaring as you assume. Always frame it as a question: “Is it ethical for the physician to ………”
3. You need to use a different objective norm from what you used in the first and second cases. The approved objective norms are Principlism, Utilitarianism, Natural Law, and Kantianism.
4. Do not forget the Viable options/Alternatives. After deciding on the case and supporting it with an objective norm in section 3, propose viable options to resolve the case. The viable options should not replace your decision; rather, it gives the reader an alternative way to resolve the dilemma.
5. Generally, two pages are insufficient to make a sustained analysis; students always struggle with space to make a robust defense of their positions. So, if you have a page and a half, I would assume that you have run out of ideas. Each objective norm should give you ample things to talk about. I expect you to use up the two pages.
I hope there will be a great improvement from the first and second case analyses. Read my comments on your paper, so you do not repeat the same mistakes.
