Annotated Bibliography: Write an annotated bibliography that includes at least 15 scholarly references that you plan to use for the final paper. The purpose of the annotated bibliography assignment is to provide an overview of the resources you intend to use for the course project. Your bibliography provides the instructor insight for the appropriateness of your chosen references. It gives the instructor the opportunity to provide feedback and direction on the list of resources before the final project component is due.
Outline: Write a 3–5 page outline for your paper. The outline should identify the main areas you will cover. Your outline should present a detailed focus on a topic consistent with your area of degree specialization and a circumscribed and manageable area of diversity.
Multiculturalism in Psychology Paper: Your challenge is to take the general concepts on multiculturalism and diversity from this course, and apply them in a substantive way to an aspect of psychology consistent with your degree specialty.

Additionally, your final paper must meet the following requirements:
- Number of pages: This project paper should be 24–30 pages in total length, with a minimum of 20 full pages devoted exclusively to the body of the paper. The rest should include a title page, references, abstract, and other structural components.
- Style: The project should use grammar, punctuation, and mechanics expected of graduate-level composition and expression. Your paper should integrate all components into a concise, balanced, and logically organized document consistent with APA guidelines and style. The text, citations, and resources should be formatted according to APA (sixth edition) style and formatting.
- Number of resources: Minimum of 15 scholarly resources. No more than two of these resources should be from textbooks or Web sites.
- Font and font size: Arial or Times New Roman, 12 point font, double-spaced.
