As an organization grows and new leadership takes over, elements of the existing cultures start to fade and new micro cultures forms so that might be to stand the test of time to a certain extent. Groups then will share experiences based on their occupational, national, and historic experiences. Eventually, to build an effective organization leader will need to combine subcultures in a coordinated effort to manage this diversity and the different believes and values. The emerging culture will be managed and preserve until its maturity when it becomes more dysfunctional. Thus culture will stand the test of time as many main traits of the culture is preserved however, it will evolve into a new
