   and Monetary Union, while the refugee crisis of 2015 has not brought about a
   similar outcome in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice?

   and EU Environmental/Climate Policy? Answer this question by comparing
   the two policies.
3. Is promise of accession/EU membership the only way for the EU to exert its
   influence/transformative power on the neighbouring countries?
