1. Key parameters affecting the schedule and how
What information had to be gathered in order to develop the schedule?
Describe WHAT were the important project parameters that influenced the schedule, and explain
HOW they influenced the schedule decisions (work sequence, methods, durations, resources, etc)?
Be specific, about the parameters for example:
Owner’s requirements (specifically, what owner’s requirements had importance influence,
and how they influenced the schedule)
Special regulations, e.g. environmental, etc. What specific regulations influenced the
schedule and how?
Technical issues. What were the specific technical issues, and how influenced the schedule.
Site difficulties. What were the specific site difficulties, and how influenced the schedule
Lead times. Be specific—which items had long lead times, and how did that affect the
schedule?
Resource constraints or limitations (e.g., work hour constraints, third parties SDG&E, fire
marshall, etc.)
Other requirements . Again, be specific.
2.Your evaluation of the schedule
Do you believe this is a good schedule? Why do you think so? (Is it realistic? How well did it take into
account the risks? How likely is it that the plan can be accomplished? Other criteria?)
