Understanding and working with diverse others

Reflect on what you learned this week about the importance of understanding diversity. We discuss the growing diversity of the workforce.  However, if you grew up in a fairly homogeneous town and went to a fairly homogeneous school, you may not have had much experience with diversity.  Will this be a problem when you enter the workforce?

NOTE: Remember that your discussion response must include the following:
