- Investigate critical incidents that may affect organizational growth.
- Explain the results of the company’s current human resource strategies or methodologies.
- Evaluate organizational change, employee rewards, conflicts, and other issues that are important to the organization you are analyzing.
- Explain the results of the issue(s) and the impact it has on the organization.
- Make one recommendation for change supported by the context of your case study analysis.
