- With this week’s content in mind, what benefits would you expect to receive in future stages of your life as a result of the lifestyle and behavioral change you are addressing?
- Where do you currently place yourself on the Illness-Wellness Continuum? Why?
- How might the changes you are making in your life change your position on the scale and impact your lifespan? Provide 3–4 sentences of “evidence” to support your rationale.
