My personal strengths are that when I want something I really work very hard and keep all my focus on it until I accomplish it, like receiving my associate degree with honors from University of South Carolina – Sumter. A weakness that I need to work on is that sometimes I don’t give myself enough time to study well, so I need to find time to study longer and better. An opportunity that I have is that I speak Spanish and I am working on my Portuguese as well, so finding ways to integrate that with my skills will be beneficial to my future since Spanish is the second most spoken language in the United States. If I can hone in my strengths, improve my weakness and add my opportunity, I believe I will be successful in the near future.THIS IS A LITTLE SWOT PERSONAL ANALYSIS

1: A goal that I could set that would help me improve my time-management skills: Use a notebook for to-do-lists and check it every time I get a task done. 2: A goal that I could set that would help me improve my Portuguese skills: Practice Portuguese for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour per day. 3: A goal that I could set that would help me figure out a business marketing/management position: Dedicate at least 1 hour of research per day to learn more about business marketing/management positions and what they require.
Also, here you have more info about myself, this is more personal info that I hope will give you a deeper understanding of myself and therefore help you to be able to nail this assignment.- I am a junior at Midland University (which is located in Fremont, Nebraska, U.S.A,)- I am from Ecuador, South America- My first language is Spanish but I also know some Portuguese but I would like to perfect it- I am part of the tennis team- I am majoring at Business Management and I am also doing a minor in Digital Marketing- I consider myself a hard worker who never gives up and is very persistence in everything I do- This is actually my first semester at Midland University as I was previously studying and playing tennis for University of South Carolina – Sumter, but since it is only a 2-year college, I transferred here to Midland University.By the way in USC – Sumter, I already got a degree, which is the associates degree in science – with honorsSo now, and as I already told you, I am going after my bachelors degree in business management and a minor in digital marketing here in Midland UniversityBut I havent really figured out where I would like to work at after I graduate, however I do now that I will love it to be on some business management or marketing related position or maybe also something sports-related as I am a big fan of sports and have been playing tennis and soccer since I was like 3 years old.
