ITEC 6631 WU Tables and Relationships Databases Project

This stage of the Course Project, consider the two problem statements given below, which describe information that needs to be extracted from the database:

• Statement 1: Make a query of patients who were given the vaccine between (Date 1) and (Date 2). Select dates that correspond with the example data you entered into your table. For each of the patients in the list, show the first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and social security number of the patient.
• Statement 2: Choose one of the insurance companies that you entered into the InsuranceCompany table. Make a query of vaccines administered for which that insurance company was used by the patient. For each row show the first name of the patient, the last name of the patient, the date that the vaccine was administered, the dosage amount of the vaccine, the vaccine type, and the insurance company name.
