First assignment:
– I will attach my outline so you know what to write for each paragraph. USE MY OUTLINE AND CREATE A ROUGH DRAFT.
– Your rough draft (introduction and two body paragraphs, 700 words minimum). Make sure you color code your body paragraphs. Review the PIE Recap PDF for instructions.
– Your Works Cited page in correct MLA 8th edition. For this paper, you will need to include the source you are refuting as well as two outside sources. A total of three sources should be on your Works Cited page.
Second Assignment:
SUBMIT A COMPLETE ESSAY. 1000-1500 words.
and use the third document checklist to make sure the essay is perfect.

Counter argument: of the essay contains a strong counterargument supported by research and evidence.
Research: The essay contains at least two credible resources. Sources are effectively integrated in the essay.
Organization Paragraphs: are organized using the PIE method. The essay uses sophisticated transitions to help the reader see connections between ideas. The essay follows a logical progression of ideas.
Writing Clarity: The essay is free of grammatical/mechanical errors. The essay maintains 3rd person point of view throughout.
