Briefly explain the role of organizational culture in organization design.
Identify the organization that you selected in Module 1 (The Cocoa Cola Company). Classify the organization’s culture, using one of the typologies from the Learning Resources. Explain how you arrived at the classification.
Explain the degree to which the current culture is effective given the recommendations that you made about the organization’s strategy and structure in the previous weeks. If the current culture is not effective, describe which culture would be more effective, and explain why.
Describe at least one strategy you would recommend that a leader use to facilitate changes in the organizational culture, in the context of organization design. Explain why this strategy would be effective.
