I need an explanation for this Business question to help me study.

Identify the organization that you selected in Module 1 (The Coca Cola Company)

Describe one new job position that may need to be filled, or an existing job position that may need to be re-designed, given the recommendations you made about the organization’s design in previous weeks.

Briefly describe three KSAOs that are necessary to be successful in the job position you described, and explain why. In addition, explain how the KSAOs align to the organization’s new strategy.

Explain how you would measure performance in relation to each of the KSAOs. Be sure to include at least one example of an objective metric you would collect to evaluate performance for each of the KSAOs. The metric should be tied to the organization’s new strategy
