Provide a EXCEL spreadsheet (one part for one sheet) that demonstrates the tracking of each five stocks ( from 01/01/2021 to 04/06/2021 ) with the weekly closing price, and answer the follwing questions. I have included initial work in the attachment (may not true).

Part 1

Using the stocks in your initial portfolio, prepare a valuation of each stock and the initial portfolio using zero, constant or variable growth models with a market return at 8% and at 12%. Stocks Portfolio (Note that the growth rate must be less than the required rate of return) Make sure you list the date of the valuation and the closing share price of your firm’s stock. Each firm’s required rate of return will depend on its beta.*Make sure you list the date of the valuation and the closing share price of your firm’s stock. Is the stock of each of these companies over or undervalued? What is the expected return using the CAPM Model?

Prepare a time series ratio analysis (liquidity, activity, debt, and profitability).Identify any events during the period that may have caused the stocks’ prices to increase or decrease, explaining how these events affect the stocks’ prices.

Part 2

This project is about tracking the stock price from 01/01/2021 to 04/06/2021 and recording the data on a spreadsheet, analyzing and presenting the data for each of your stocks (Apple stocks, Amazon stocks, Tesla stocks, Netflix stocks, Pfizer stocks) in graphic form.

Track your portfolio and companies throughout the term and on the Discussion Board, describing the stocks and their performance. Use the requirements for the Discussion Boards defined above. Also discussed would there be any changes you have made in your portfolio.

Keep up with the performance of your portfolio and major news, both domestic and globally, concerning your stocks. You will do this referring to domestic and global events including the performance of international financial markets that affect your stocks and your portfolio. Explain why you have requested any trade. An easy way to set up your portfolio is to track it in Yahoo Finance or Google finance, but you can also record the prices in a spreadsheet yourself – this will help later.
