I included all my lab notebook pages and data, templates we have to follow!
Follow template:
- Delete the blue guidance text from the template and use black text for all of your content
- Word and Page Limits – Word and page limits are in the templates. Just because there is 2 page or 300 word limit does not mean you need 2 pages or 300 words. It’s a limit, not a requirement. Some post-labs can be written up in 2, most will take ~3 pages. Do not play silly font or margin games to make 4 pages. Work on identifying the key points of each experiments so that you can be precise and brief in your writing.* Points will be deducted for shot-gun answers
- Fonts- Arial/Helvetica – size 10 or 11 is preferred. Times New Roman must be size 12. Other fonts are frowned upon.
- Post-labs and Reports will be graded and evaluated for originality and plagiarism using Turnitin.com.
- DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR UNKNOWN COMPOUND ID #. Without this ID number we cannot know if your identification is correct
- All chemical structures or equations must be done chemdraw or equivalent drawing program.
- Use the equation editor for any required calculations!
