Short Paper 1 Task
Write a short paper addressing what company you would like to focus on for your final case study. You will research three scholarly journals that apply to an international business issue or opportunity. You can locate these through the Shapiro Library, which can be accessed through the tab at the top of your Blackboard course. The purpose of this paper is to begin thinking about which business issue or opportunity you will complete your case study on. Contemplate the industry of your company, the competition, the business environment, and how these variables may effect operations.
Short Paper 1 Guidlines
Short paper assignments must follow these formatting guidelines: double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and discipline-appropriate citations. Page length requirements: 1-2 pages undergraduate courses.
Short Paper 2 Assignment
Go to YaleGlobal and read several articles related to the region (click Regions in the YaleGlobal menu: Africa, Americas, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, Europe, Middle East, South Asia) where your final project nation is located.
Write a short paper about the region your case study topic conducts business in. Reflect upon what you consider to be important aspects of the region that may effect business operations.

Short Paper 3 Assignment
Go to the country information websites listed in Resources in order to gain the most salient information on the history, politics, geography, economics, business, social, and other aspects of your selected final project nation. Write a short paper addressing what you consider to be relevant information about your final project nation and how it applies to your case study.
