Two interview summary.
How to Post the Interview Summary
Subject should be your team’s business name (if your team has not come up with a business name. Use a name that is close enough. This will make it easy for the other team members to find your interviews.)
In the Message box in the forum, please post a summary for each interview that includes:
- A brief summary for each interviews
- Basic information of the interview, such as where and when you conducted the interview, your interviewee’ names, and an extreme user or mainstream user .
- Does your interviewee tell you that your solution solves his/her problem/need? If yes, please continue the summary. If not, please stop. You should find another customer to interview.
- Will your interviewee buy or use your product/service/experience? If yes, why does he/she like your solution. If not, why not. Please describe at THREE things why or why not your interview like or dislike the solution.
- List at least THREE things your team can work on to make it a better product/service/experience to solve your customers’ problems/needs.
- Post the interview’s recording link at the end of the summary.
