This week we focus a portion of our learning on customer loyalty. One way customers show their loyalty is by posting Instagram photos boasting their favorite products or brands. The more organic the posts, the more likely others are to notice. For this week’s discussion board, select one of your favorite brands or products and post an Instagram inspired image with comments. Feel free to style the dialogue and hashtags, just as you would in Instagram itself (but please remember to remain classroom appropriate). Your Instagram inspired post is due on Day 3. In addition, you will respond to one of your classmate’s posts with your feedback and thoughts. This response can also be Instagram-response worthy. While it can remain short and to the point, be sure it adds value to the discussion by providing some feedback more than simply “I love it” or “great pic”. Be creative, be strategic, and post a thought-provoking response.
