- Have you considered all of the stakeholders that need to be involved for a successful implementation?
- Are your criteria clear and succinct to measure effectiveness?
- How much change is needed to support your solution?
- Is your dependent variable measurable?
- What measurement instrument is being used to support your goal/hypothesis? Is it the right measurement?
- Are you running the right statistical to test your hypothesis?
- How will you interpret and present the data?
- Does your solution represent a data driven solution and implementation?
