I’m having a hard time understanding when I should reject the hypothesis test.

Could you please explain to me if I had a​ (two-tail) hypothesis​ test, p-value is 0.0155 ,what is your statistical decision if you test the null hypothesis at the 0.03 level of​ significance? Should I reject this or not reject it?
