This project requires you to identify a public problem or issue which needs to be addressed and to propose the creation of a nonprofit which will address the problem. In identifying the problem, you need to define the problem, quantify the scope of the problem, and discuss why the private, public, nonprofit sectors have failed to address the problem adequately. With respect to proposing the creation of a nonprofit, you need to assess the local nonprofit sector and discuss the extent to which the programs or services provided by local nonprofits address the problem you have identified.
