1. Are there any uncivil or bullying behaviors in any of your classes? What are some of the uncivil things students or faculty do in or out of class?
2. Are there any uncivil or bullying behaviors where you work? What are some of the uncivil things that other employees, supervisors, or clients/customers do to you or others?
3. How do you respond when those behaviors happen? How do you feel?
Based on the questions above, I want you to create a posting that highlights where you have seen incivility; how you responded; how it made you feel; what you can do in relationship-based care to create an environment of civility or utilize assertiveness to improve communication when this occurs.
