1. Think of 3 areas of improvement or goals for yourself by taking into consideration your group facilitation experience and your feedback from your peers and me. These goals should be based on 3 different skills you will be working on (see Facilitation Rubric). 2. For each goal (Goal 1, Goal 2, Goal 3), thoroughly address the following (9) points for each goal):
a. How do you plan to make these improvements or work on this goal/skill in your daily life? Be specific in describing your plan and how you will implement it.
b. How will you measure progress towards this goal?
c. How will you know if your changes are working, and when will you know that you were successful in reaching each goal?
Goals 1, 2 , 3
1. She had some verbal interferences, such as “like” and “u know.”
2. Sheida had some good moments paraphrasing however, there were a couple of opportunities where she the chance to paraphrase but did not.
3. Her filler words started out kind of frequent in the beginning but I would chalk that up to nerves after a while she didn’t use them as much.
