*These do not have to be elaborate as this is a first step in monitoring. However, pretend you are hired on a campus tomorrow and you are asked to put together something that monitors these…you will want to start at the Bylaws and then add questions in your form/monitoring efforts that provide you with the information you need to make sure you are conforming to the rules.
