After considering the feedback from your professor on Step 2, now it’s time to do some web-based research. Your goal in this step is to gather additional information about one of the products you described in Step 2.

As you seek out information, you’ll want to keep in mind the following questions:
- What can you learn about this product, its manufacturer, and/or its distributors from their websites and other information sources?
- What demographic information about the residents of the DC metro area can you find that might help you explain how/why your product got to this area? To find demographic information, look at the US Census Bureau’s “American Fact Finder” tool, which is available here:

Your final write-up. You’ll submit a 2 page paper detailing your research findings from Steps 2 and 3 and discussing how these finding help you explain this product and its journey to the DC metro area.
