Your assignment is to complete your research paper on types of crime by writing the final 2-3 pages on the following topic:
Using the Internet as your resource, analyze the patterns and prevalence of property crime in your state and/or the United States in general. How common is it? Is it increasing, decreasing, or has it stayed the same? How do trends in property crime compare with those of violent crime?
Overall, the paper should be 8-9 pages long, excluding the cover page and references. It should follow APA guidelines, which means that you must provide in-text citations and references at the end of the paper for any source you use, including the textbook. Please note the paper may require you to use sources in addition to the textbook. The paper should be double-spaced and use 12 point font.
