After you have reviewed the list and the healthy alternative strategies (pages 44-47), reflect on your own areas of need; discuss how you think this might be useful when working with a client. Apply this process to the FSI Case Study Family and describe how you would work with any one of the three family members with this strategy. Make sure to include one of the healthy strategies!
