Powerpoint/Slides will be based on paper that will be attached.

Presentation: Each dyad will present their Human Resource Services Organization Change Project using presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google slides, videos, and posters. Each dyad will have approximately 20 minutes for their presentation and follow-up questions. Your presentation should be approached as if you were requesting funding for your project (example: grant writing style). Speakers provide a variety of types of content appropriate for the OCP, including details, examples and various forms of evidence. Speakers adapt the content in a specific way to the audience and situation.

Make sure that the slides are: presentable, cohesive, interactive, engaging, fun, professional, easy to read and understand, clear message, all sections are covered.

Sections that need to be cover within the slides:

1. Statement & Description of the problem

2. the proposed change project (innovate idea)

3. Muster support & formulated action system

4. Mission Statement of the organization and a statement on how the change project is in alignment with the organization’s mission statement.

5. the people within the agency that feel strongly about the merits of the change project + the people within the community who would benefit (population/community aka homeless lgbtq+ youth of color, runaways, those that were kicked out, disowned) (non-profit workers, social workers, political science majors, policy makers, case workers, lawyers).

6. Action System: community leaders who can support and can strengthen the quality & effectiveness of the change project.** FOR THIS SECTION PLEASE RESEARCH CURRENT Community leaders, elected officials, non-profits, community board members within NYC/NYS/ or USA in federal level)**

Please make it easy vocabulary, cover all sections that need to be shown, do not make the presentation boring, use pictures of the people (community leaders, elected officials, etc).
