Please see rubric and guidelines and complete:

Milestone One: Section I: Introduction to Case Scenario, Part A Draft
In Module Two, you will submit a one-page draft of Section I: Introduction to Case Scenario, Part A. You will provide a brief overall assessment of the case
scenario. The assessment must be based on your interpretation of the scenario provided, and identify the family and community system factors that are driving
the negative issues in the scenario. This milestone is graded with the Milestone One Rubric.

Milestone Two: Application of Family and Community Analysis Instruments
In Module Three, you will select at least two of the tools you explored in the Modules Two and Three discussion assignments and apply them to analyze the
needs of the Riverez family and the community in which they reside. Specifically, you will use these tools to complete an analysis of the family and an analysis of
the community (Section II: Analysis of the Family and Section III: Analysis of the Community of the final project). This milestone is graded with the Milestone
Two Rubric.

Milestone Three: Draft of Family/Community Care Plan
In Module Five, you will create a family care plan and community care plan using the templates provided for the Riverez family and community where they
reside. These care plans should be based on your evaluation of the family and community using the Family Care Plan Template and Community Care Plan
Template. As you complete these templates, think about your introduction to case scenario (Milestone One) and instrument application (Milestone Two) for the
Riverez family and their community. These care plans will help you address the following critical elements for your final project: Section II: Systematic Analysis of
the Family and Section III: Systematic Analysis of the Community. When designing your care plans based on the needs of the family and community, be sure you
are suggesting the least intrusive and restrictive interventions. Be sure to identify and assess the available resources based on the needs of the family and
community and evaluate the potential outcomes that may be derived from the interventions you are recommending in your care plans. This milestone is graded
with the Milestone Three Rubric.

Final Submission: Family/Community Care Plan and Self-Care Plan
In Module Seven, you will submit your 8–10 page family/community care plan and self-care plan. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the
critical elements of the final project. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. This milestone will be graded using the Final
Project Rubric (below)
