   Apply the concepts explored in the articles above by writing a 2-3 page paper in APA format using proper spelling and grammar. Your paper should address the following:

   1. Examine the concept of psychological well-being as it relates to the experience of pain and stress.
   2. Explore how optimism, hope, distress, and social support play a role in how people experience pain and stress. Be sure to discuss how these elements of psychological well-being contribute to overall physical and mental health.
   3. Be sure to reference specific concepts from the articles. Use in-text citations and provide APA formatted References as appropriate.
