- Describe how you intend to ensure the organization’s vision, mission, people strategies and value statements are aligned with the proposed strategic plan.
- Describe how you intend to ensure the strategic plan and implementation plan are compliant with the Code of Ethics or Ethics Policy.
- Describe the sources you expect to use to perform an external environmental analysis
- Describe the sources you expect to use to perform an internal environmental analysis including developing a SWOTt.
- Describe how you intend to include the strategic strategy or strategies in your plan.
- Describe how you intend to develop the strategic implementation plan, control plan, and risk or contingency plan.
- References – list at least three references for this assignment
