We are a group of 4. Our topic is about homeless people in Tampa Bay area. We had to write project 3 where every body was required to write a memo that describes the problem based on some sources. Now, we have to write project 4 which is based on the researches that we did in project 3. The four memos of project 3 are attached and the instructions of project 4 are also attached.
