The steps of my action plan are:
Build a team
Plan/Design quantitative study
Define Audience
Set goals
Determine quality control measures
- Having a timeline for each step in the process is beneficial when action planning because when asking for funding, sponsors want to know what is happening when and how long will it take, so having a timetable and sticking to it will help alleviate some trouble.
- The strength of the action plan is having dedicated team members, some of whom are community members. This will help with any language barriers that could be encountered because people tend to be more open with someone they can relate to. The weakness would be those that we were not able to reach.
