This paper will offer a discussion of the two case studies to frame a current human rights issue based on gender. The paper must address the issue utilizing a theoretical framework discussed in the course. The paper must answer the following questions:
-What is human rights issue?
-Which theoretical framework are you using to explore this particular issue?
-What are the international human rights protections for this particular issue?
-Highlight the similarities and differences between two different regional contexts? Including what is being done locally to resolve this issue?
-What does a global solution look like?
The paper must be formatted in APA, include at least 8 citations – 3 from the course content. The paper should be around 1400-1800 words, no more than 1800.

Above is my professor’s instructions. However, essentially the topic is about gender inequality for woman in the workplace (specifically unequal pay/unfair treatment). So, this is the gender humans rights issue. There were two other essays on this same topic that I wrote. One of theme was on unequal treatment in the workplace for women in Bangladesh and the other essay was the same topic but in Germany. This essay basically will talk about both of those essays and related to the main topic of woman inequality in the workplace. The main part that must be included is which theoretical framework I used to explain this gender issue in the context of human rights. I don’t understand that framework part so that would be a great help. Then, answer the specific questions about broken down into paragraphs.
For example,
Paragraph 1- Introduction: Intro to the human rights issue of gender inequality in the workplace leading into my comparison of the two case studies on Bangladesh and Germany
Paragraph 2- Sepcifically introduce which framework I’m using to explore the issue and give examples/quotes. I will attach references you can use below. You can see in the essay I attack on Bangladesh some similarities between the way women are treated in the work place in Bangladesh versus in Germany.
Paragraph 3- Transition to a global discussion of what rights protect women in the workplace from discrimination as well as being given equal pay. (To prove that this is fact is a genuine threat to a human rights violations). This would be a good place to insert support from the UDHR (universal declaration of human rights) which can be one of the 8 citations.
Paragraph 4- Solution/Conclusion OR Paragraph 4- Global solutions and a separate final paragraph 5 summarizing everything discussed in this research paper.
