Group Deliverable
- After explaining the purpose of Martial Law, the magnitude of an event for the government to decide to initiate Martial Law and why, reach a consensus or compromise position on the purpose and importance of Martial Law.
- Deliver in detail, recommendations as to whether martial law is an appropriate action in the aftermath of a terrorist attack, or a natural or man-made disaster.
- The recommendation of 2-3 pages should consist of a report detailing the importance and purpose of Martial Law, including the following:
- Explanations of initial positions taken regarding Martial Law and high lights of position on Martial Law.
- Any pertinent information obtained as a result of the explanation of the purpose of Martial Law.
- The ultimate compromise reached regarding the institution of Martial Law during a situation or event.
