In a 5-7 page paper, what events or themes do you think were the most significant in European history and why? Your paper should incorporate at least three, but you are always welcome to use more. The following questions may help you to focus your thinking and to narrow your attention on some key points: What events were the most significant in the political history of Europe? The social history? The economic history? Do not forget that you also have videos and other audio-visual material available on the D2L site in addition to Merriman, so feel free to incorporate those sources as well.
