Click on the module button on the left-hand side of the bar, click module then go to week 3. Review week 3 lectures, PowerPoint presentation as well as videos. These all focus on diversity in the workplace. Once you have reviewed the video answer the following questions.
1. Where you raised in a high context culture or a low context culture.
2. What culture where you raised in one that is confrontational or avoids Confrontation?
3. Is your culture more emotionally expressive or emotionally unexpressive?
4. What type of trust does your culture have Cognitive trust or affective Trust?
5. Knowing all this about you were raised in communication how does this affect you as a communicator? What do you need to change to be a better communicator in a multi-culture organization?
