Help With this Java Classes

I need help with this question:

I want you to develop within 6 hours  the classes highlighted in the image.

Keep it simple. I mean let all the classes interact as per the diagram.. Thanks

Additional info to help understand the question. It is to just help you develop  simple application with the classes.

The only thing I need help with is the user related classes only,
creating them and they should have their functionality, they are going
to be linked with other classes but for now that is for now. Look at it
an tell me how it looks.

The system must have different user types: administrative,
managers, supervisors, purchasing agents, approved users for each
location, and auditors.

1. Administrators shall have
   the ability to set the budget for each manager, add additional users to
   the system, and access and update any financial information or any
   system for any location.

2. Managers shall have the ability to disperse their budget between purchasing agents.

3. Supervisors
   shall have the ability to request a purchase from their purchase agent,
   and view the status and history of purchase requests

4. Purchasing agents shall have the ability to process/edit orders and view past transactions for their location only.

5. Approved users at a location shall be able to view all information related to transactions.

6. Auditors
   shall be allowed to view any transaction and request additional
   documentation (supporting attachments for transactions) from the
   location.
