Help with business project proposal for ERP implementation

My group is responsible to write a business project proposal for a small to medium size organization that has a need to implement a ERP system.  My problem is I am not sure what types of things I need to address or how to address them in the section I am responsible for.

I am responsible for the following:

ERP Components & Database Requirements

a) Proposed Organizational & Process Change

b) Management Changes

c) Description of Changes in Roles

Here is a copy of the outline for our project proposal.

Organization Profile
AeroTurbine Aviation Engine and Management Solutions provides aircraft engine overhaul and fleetengine lifecycle management services to regional airline carriers.  Our services include the routinescheduled maintenance and overhaul of aircraft turbine engines.  Along with this we provide the carrierswith a lifecycle management service to include engine hour tracking, failure trend analysis and oil samplediagnostic services.  Our maintenance and overhaul services are performed at a centralized location, withthe ability to mobilize field maintenance teams as required to meet customer needs.
Our mission is to provide quality and timely support to our customers with minimal interruption to theirfleet availability.  We do this is accordance to all applicable FAA, OSHA, EPA and manufacturerregulations and directives.
Our business is located in a highly competitive market and to remain viable we must employ the latesttechnology and efficiency practices to remain competitive in our market.
Our organization structure includes management, support staff (HR, finance & supply), engineering, planning and scheduling, IT and engine maintenance technicians.

Proposed ERP Profile
As we seek further growth and expansion into other regional markets, an ERP that fits our current andfuture business needs is required.  Our processes are inefficient and customer service is below our goals. The current legacy system consists of functional silos and creates a great deal of redundancy andmiscommunication between departments and customers alike.  We seek a system that will allow inclusionand collaboration between departments and allow greater participation by our customers to have greatercontrol of their maintenance tracking and scheduling needs.  We have selected to implement MicrosoftDynamics NAV and CRM systems, which have been proven to create successful ERP’s.  NAV will give
us the capability to connect with many other programs and bridge the gap between our silos.  CRMspecifically will improve our relationships with customers.

Rational for Selection
As stated, Microsoft Dynamics has been proven with numerous companies to create successful ERP’s.The use of Microsoft Dynamics for our ERP system will allow us to create growth and efficiencies, saveresources and reduce the amount of man-hours required.  The ability to use middleware will allow for asmooth implementation and the use of a vendor will reduce TCO by reducing cost on installation &maintenance, training, support and hardware.  This will also eliminate the need for us to grow our in-house IT department.  CRM implementation will allow our customers greater flexibility to communicateand manage their needs with us through a single sign-on access portal.
