As part of your final project and presentation of your Project Communication Management Plan (PCMP) that is due at the end of the course, I ask the class to submit pieces of that final project that will be ungraded, in advance throughout the course so I can give you feedback. This process helps you produce a more quality final PCMP deliverable.
The first part of the PCMP that you should submit (ungraded) is the Project Charter. I can give you feedback on the charter which summarizes your choice of project from which to later create a PCMP. The communication plan has to support some project – what project are you communicating about?
A sample project charter is found in the Resources folder as well as attached here.

I did a rough excel, but i need help to make it more detailed(more specific about the project) and goodlooking.
