ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED NOT ALL QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ANSWERED BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE IT’S CORRECT. Based on Stage 1 of the project “attached” continue Stage 2 including the following information:

B.)Description and explanation of material selection of walls, door, windows, ceiling/roof, and floors. Show

a typical cross section with ΣR. Explain design decisions such as ventilation, infiltration, shading coefficients, occupancy schedule, lights, appliances, design temperatures, etc.

C.)Computer printouts of results from Trane Trace for heating/cooling loads for the zones and the entire building. If comparison runs were made, then submit one complete set of output and just the tabulated results from the others. Attach Flash Drives or CDs

of TRACE files.

D.)Summary page with the following:

1.Zone and Building Heating Loads

*BTU/hr.

*BTU/hr. sq. ft. (gross floor area)

2.Zone and Building Cooling Loads

*BTU/hr.

*BTU/hr. sq. ft. (gross floor area)

*Sq. ft./ton of air conditioning

3.Pick one room that has:

a.Exterior wall

b.Exterior window

c.Appliances (can be minor)

d.Lights

e.People

Do a manual calculation of cooling load for that one room and compare to computer output.

Room must have at least one exterior wall, window(s), person/people, lights, and appliances. Roof/ceiling and conducting floor are optional.
