This Assignment requires you to select 1) a population of interest (e.g. older adults,
women of reproductive age) and 2) a health condition or event (e.g. hysterectomy,
breastfeeding, unintended pregnancy), and then locate health statistics for your
selections. Please search for data at the national, state, and local levels. Input your
responses using a table similar to the one below that is attached.

Add a title page and reference page. Use the table and complete it. The chart expands. Usually it is 2 pages of content, no more than 3. No intro. No conclusion. Check out the seminar for more details.

Be sure you include at least state and national data. Be sure you know what health disparity means before you address that section!
