Health & Medical Reasons for Missing Class Reflection

Reason I missed a mandatory class on Thursday 4th was because on the weekend of October 31st I felt a horrible pain on my wisdom teeth. I took over the counter medications but nothing worked. Monday morning I had to call my dentist to schedule a visit and the soonest they could see me was on Wednesday Nov 3rd. At my appointment my doctor explained to me that 2 of my wisdom teeth were arrupting and after he did some x rays he decided to extract them that same day. I was sent home on pain killers and antibiotics for a week until I could go back for a follow up to take off my stitches.
