Introduction:

You will be required to submit proof of completion of the given activity with a score of 75% or higher. 

Note: The Lab Pass must include the student name. The Lab Pass must state “Minimum Score: Met”, which indicates that 75% or greater was scored on the lab. The Lab Pass must also have the title “Comprehensive Assessment” to be valid.

This Panopto Video form is not required for this task. Please do not complete the form. 

A.  Upload a copy (e.g., PDF, screenshot) of documentation of completion for the Comprehensive Assessment activity with a score of 75% or higher in Taskstream.
