It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each recommendation prior to providing your opinion of the placement to the architects. Your team will review each team members’ selection of evidence-based design of the toilet placement options selected in their Wk. 3 assignment. It is important to be able to provide constructive feedback as you discuss the different approaches each team member used in their evidence-based design assignment.

As a learning team, discuss each of the evidence-based practice strategies of the toilet placements used by each member in the Wk. 3 assignment.
Write a 260- to 350-word summary of your discussion. Your summary should:
- Identify each of the toilet placement strategies suggested.
- Identify at least one pro and one con of each strategy suggested.
- Identify why each team member selected the strategy they selected.
- As a team, select the best strategy to be used, and support it withevidence and team member feedback.
- Consider the impact to stakeholders (physicians, staff, patients, andfamilies), patient care efficiency, and safety.
- Using the best strategy selected as a team, discuss the financial costand budget vs. benefit of this strategy to the company.
