Term paper is based on the data on medical care utilization per state per year which are provided by the instructor. Each student will be randomly assigned a state and a year. The completed product should utilize the assigned state data for the assigned year to calculate several healthcare aggregate statistics and compare them to the corresponding national statistics. The report should provide recommendations based on the role chosen by the student which is to be specified in the beginning of the report.
