t’s about code of conduct for TESLA
i have this scenario:
TESLA has hired you to examine its code of ethics and to
make a presentation to the board of directors .
Here’s what you need to consider:
1) When you read the code of ethics, what are the ethical problems that the code leads you to believe arise frequently within the business? Also, are there any missing problems (in other words, striking omissions)?
2) Does the code seem to you written for the good of the employees, or the good of the business/employer, or both? Explain.
3) Is there anything problematic in the code? Is there any bullshit (as Frankfurt uses the term)?
4) What should be changed? What are cuts you would recommend? What are additions?
