I need support with this Finance question so I can learn better.
1.You are the chief executive officer (CEO) of a large health care organization and noticed that patient survey results show patients were clearly not satisfied with the wait times to see their primary care physician, even though there was an appointment. As the CEO, you would like to see a significant improvement in wait times and an improvement in the patient satisfaction surveys. What do you feel may be barriers to improving the wait times of patients to see physicians? Explain how you could overcome these barriers as the CEO.
Please write about a paragraph
Then reply to post below within 2-3 sentences
2. I believe the number one barrier standing in the way of better wait times is money. We see this in our clinic all the time. The upper management sets templates for how far apart the clinic appointments need to be made. Everyone is alloted 15 minutes for a follow up appointment and 30 minutes for a new patient appointment. A lot of the information can be handled by the medical assistants and the nursing staff.
